That was the idea behind the large-scale internal launch by Balcia Insurance SE, rolled out simultaneously across Poland, Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania.
To support this initiative, Swag42 produced, and delivered 550 custom merch kits — turning company values into a tangible, everyday experience.
Challenge
Balcia set an ambitious goal: Launch new company values across multiple countries — not through presentations, but through real engagement.
The project required:

- Full synchronization with a large internal kickoff event
- Premium, lifestyle-driven merch (not standard corporate swag)
- A strong emotional connection between employees and values
The key challenge was to translate abstract values into something physical and meaningful.

The merch kits were designed to extend Balcia’s internal activation — where employees explored values through interactive stations led by “Values Ambassadors”.
Each item was selected to feel personal, useful, and aligned with everyday life — reinforcing the idea that values are lived daily, not just communicated.



Merch Kit Composition
Each Balcian received a curated set of premium items:

- T-Shirt
- Ecosilk all-over printed scarf

- Heart-Shaped Stress Relief Ball
The mix combined fashion, comfort, and emotional touchpoints, ensuring that the merch would not only be received — but actually used.
This approach reflects a key principle of effective corporate gifting: merch should feel like a real gift, not a branded obligation.

The entire concept was built around Balcia’s four core values:
