That was the idea behind the large-scale internal launch by Balcia Insurance SE, rolled out simultaneously across Poland, Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania.

To support this initiative, Swag42 produced, and delivered 550 custom merch kits — turning company values into a tangible, everyday experience.

Balcia set an ambitious goal: Launch new company values across multiple countries — not through presentations, but through real engagement.
