Graphic Designer (Remote/Warsaw)

SWAG42, a rapidly growing premium merchandise company, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare print-ready designs for various materials, with a focus on textiles and apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, accessories, etc.);
  • Work with vector graphics in Adobe Illustrator: accurately process paths, apply color fills, and align layers;
  • Retouch and edit images in Adobe Photoshop: perform color correction, remove imperfections, and prepare raster elements;
  • Create and edit layouts in Figma: collaborate with the team, export assets, and work with components and design systems;
  • Collaborate with production teams: monitor print quality, clarify technical specifications, and implement revisions based on feedback.

Requirements

  • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory);
  • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Figma;
  • Experience in pre-press preparation, with a solid understanding of color management, resolution, overprints, knockouts, and other technical printing aspects;
  • Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and a responsible approach to work;
  • Experience in related fields such as print design, merchandise, and branding.

As the Head of Logistics and Warehouse at SWAG42, you’ll step into a key leadership role where you’re responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of goods — from receipt to final delivery. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and bottom-line costs. You’ll lead the performance of both our Logistics Department and Warehouse Operations, shaping a scalable, agile, and future-ready supply chain that powers our growing global swag business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategy for logistics and warehouse operations, fully aligned with SWAG42’s business growth and customer experience goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across Logistics and Warehouse departments.
  • Set KPIs, budgets, and performance targets; monitor results and drive continuous improvement.
  • Optimize end-to-end processes — from goods receipt to final delivery — including inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and reverse logistics.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards across all facilities.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with carriers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and SLAs to ensure reliability, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence.
  • Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks to reduce lead times and costs.
  • Leverage data analytics and logistics technology (WMS/TMS) to improve visibility, accuracy, and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Execute the Sales plan.
