Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily cooperation with courier and transport companies.
  • Management of import and export processes, including customs formalities.
  • Coordination with customs brokers to ensure compliance and timely clearance.

  • Data entry and management in ERP systems (primarily Odoo).

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare print-ready designs for various materials, with a focus on textiles and apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, accessories, etc.);
  • Work with vector graphics in Adobe Illustrator: accurately process paths, apply color fills, and align layers;
  • Retouch and edit images in Adobe Photoshop: perform color correction, remove imperfections, and prepare raster elements;
  • Create and edit layouts in Figma: collaborate with the team, export assets, and work with components and design systems;
  • Collaborate with production teams: monitor print quality, clarify technical specifications, and implement revisions based on feedback.

Requirements

  • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory);
  • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Figma;
  • Experience in pre-press preparation, with a solid understanding of color management, resolution, overprints, knockouts, and other technical printing aspects;
  • Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and a responsible approach to work;
  • Experience in related fields such as print design, merchandise, and branding.
  • Conversational Russian language skills.

  • Execute the Sales plan.
