Storekeeper/Warehouse Worker (Warsaw)
SWAG42 , a rapidly growing premium merchandise company, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper/Warehouse Worker to join our warehouse team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth inventory operations and supporting our expanding logistics needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods according to company standards.
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing necessary documentation.
- Organizing the warehouse space and ensuring optimal stock arrangement.
- Supporting order picking and preparation for shipment.
- Working with digital systems (training will be provided) such as Odoo and Fibery .
- Following safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Basic computer literacy – confident use of Word and Excel.
- Fluent spoken Russian, English language at B1 level.
- Understanding of warehouse procedures and processes.
- Willingness and ability to learn new digital tools and systems.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse settings.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
- Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
Preferred
- Previous experience as a storekeeper.
- Knowledge of materials (e.g. fabrics).
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, etc.)
- Conversational Polish — a big plus!

Enterprise Account Executive / Customer Success
SWAG42, a rapidly growing premium merchandise company, is looking for a talented professional to join us as an Enterprise Account Executive / Customer Success Manager. We specialize in building long-term relationships with top-tier enterprise clients, and your expertise in driving client success and ensuring exceptional service will be key to our continued growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the Sales plan.
- Work with outbound leads from our SDR team, including first qualification calls, negotiations, proposals, and closing deals.
- Negotiate, send commercial proposals, and close new deals with existing Enterprise clients.
- Build long-term relationships with existing Enterprise clients.
- Assign tasks to the Delivery department.
- Work in CRM and internal ERP on a daily basis.
- Participate in events and conferences worldwide to bring in new enterprise leads.
Requirements
- Over 3-5 years of Sales experience with Enterprise clients.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian (Polish will be an advantage).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiations skills.
- Over 3-5 years of CRM experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a BDR at SWAG42, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying decision-makers, building relationships, and setting the stage for successful deals. You'll work closely with our Account Executives while developing valuable skills in outbound prospecting, CRM management, and strategic outreach — all in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
- Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and follow-up.
Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
