Revenue Operations Specialist
SWAG42, a rapidly growing premium merchandise company, is looking for a talented** Revenue Operations Specialist** to join our team. Your expertise in CRM systems, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration will play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue processes and supporting the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot).
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all revenue-related platforms.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Improve and automate processes to streamline the entire revenue cycle.
- Implement and maintain tools in the revenue tech stack, including sales engagement and marketing automation platforms.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position from 3 years
- Proven experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Outreach, Gong, or Chorus is a plus.
- Experience in process optimization and workflow automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Head of Supply Chain, Warsaw
SWAG42, a rapidly growing premium merchandise company, is looking for a talented professional to join us as Head of Supply Chain. We create unique, high-quality products, and your expertise in supply chain management will be key to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire supply chain process, from receiving and storing goods to packaging and delivering them to customers.
- Optimize warehouse operations, including labeling, inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Establish and maintain efficient processes with contract suppliers and manufacturers.
- Control costs, logistics, and product quality across all stages.
- Lead the team and develop strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven leadership experience in a related industry (e.g., online retail with physical warehouses, clothing retail chains, cosmetics, packaging, or professional apparel production).
- Strong expertise in establishing and managing supply chains with reliable contract manufacturers.
- Excellent command of English for conducting international negotiations.
- In-depth understanding of international business operations, logistics hubs, and multi-brand suppliers (e.g., Żabka, Packhelp, Printful).
- Extensive experience in professional-level quality control processes and standards.

SWAG42, a rapidly growing premium merchandise company, is looking for a skilled Buyer to join our team in Warsaw. Your procurement and supplier management expertise will ensure seamless operations and high-quality product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Cooperation with current suppliers and subcontractors.
- Timely execution of orders placed by customers.
- Control over timely deliveries.
- Cooperation with the internal logistics department in the organization of timely deliveries.
- Tracking inventory levels.
- Working with tables, reports, production schedules.
- Performing tasks assigned by superiors.
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Focus on achieving goals.
- Ability to solve problems that arise during the order fulfillment process.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
- Fluent knowledge of Polish.
- English at a communicative level.
Preferred
- Professional education.
- Experience in a similar position minimum 2 years.
- Experience in working with ERP systems.
