Enterprise Account Executive, Warsaw
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities with large enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the Sales plan.
- Work with outbound leads from our SDR team, including first qualification calls, negotiations, proposals, and closing deals.
- Negotiate, send commercial proposals, and close new deals with existing Enterprise clients.
- Build long-term relationships with existing Enterprise clients.
- Assign tasks to the Delivery department.
- Work in CRM and internal ERP on a daily basis.
- Participate in events and conferences worldwide to bring in new enterprise leads.
Qualifications
- Over 3-5 years of Sales experience with Enterprise clients.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian (Polish will be an advantage).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiations skills.
- Over 3-5 years of CRM experience.
