SWAG42, a rapidly growing premium merchandise company, is looking for a talented** Revenue Operations Specialist** to join our team. Your expertise in CRM systems, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration will play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue processes and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot).
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all revenue-related platforms.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Improve and automate processes to streamline the entire revenue cycle.
  • Implement and maintain tools in the revenue tech stack, including sales engagement and marketing automation platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position from 3 years
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Outreach, Gong, or Chorus is a plus.
  • Experience in process optimization and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate orders for accessories and branded elements for clothing production.
  • Cooperation with already existing contractors and suppliers.
  • Searching for new suppliers of different items needed to fulfil the orders.
  • Booking the production space with the suppliers and contractors.
  • Managed orders and delivered them on time to the warehouse.
  • Creatively solving issues related to the orders.
  • Working with tables, reports, and production schedules.
  • Fulfilled requests from superiors and cooperated with other departments of the company.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and update information on internal company orders (average of 50+ orders per week).
  • Review order cards to ensure all required data is provided (shipping details, packaging, sizing, etc.).
  • Ping responsible teams to remind them to submit or clarify missing information.
  • Support communication across departments (Sales, Delivery, Logistics, Packaging, etc.) to keep order processes running smoothly.
  • Assist in coordinating and moving orders through different workflow stages.
  • Provide daily operational support to the Delivery Manager.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with internal stakeholders (primarily the Sales team).

Requirements

  • Demonstrates responsibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to assess and prioritize information effectively.
  • Takes initiative, stays proactive, and isn't afraid to ask questions or follow up.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Head of Supply Chain, Warsaw

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire supply chain process, from receiving and storing goods to packaging and delivering them to customers.
  • Optimize warehouse operations, including labeling, inventory control, and quality assurance.
  • Establish and maintain efficient processes with contract suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Control costs, logistics, and product quality across all stages.
  • Lead the team and develop strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven leadership experience in a related industry (e.g., online retail with physical warehouses, clothing retail chains, cosmetics, packaging, or professional apparel production).
  • Strong expertise in establishing and managing supply chains with reliable contract manufacturers.
  • Excellent command of English for conducting international negotiations.
  • In-depth understanding of international business operations, logistics hubs, and multi-brand suppliers (e.g., Żabka, Packhelp, Printful).
  • Extensive experience in professional-level quality control processes and standards.

Enterprise Account Executive / Customer Success

SWAG42, a rapidly growing premium merchandise company, is looking for a talented professional to join us as an Enterprise Account Executive / Customer Success Manager. We specialize in building long-term relationships with top-tier enterprise clients, and your expertise in driving client success and ensuring exceptional service will be key to our continued growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the Sales plan.
  • Work with outbound leads from our SDR team, including first qualification calls, negotiations, proposals, and closing deals.
  • Negotiate, send commercial proposals, and close new deals with existing Enterprise clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with existing Enterprise clients.
  • Assign tasks to the Delivery department.
  • Work in CRM and internal ERP on a daily basis.
  • Participate in events and conferences worldwide to bring in new enterprise leads.

Requirements

  • Over 3-5 years of Sales experience with Enterprise clients.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Russian (Polish will be an advantage).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiations skills.
  • Over 3-5 years of CRM experience.
