Now, you can start adding branded merch to your shop. Assign points to each item and let your employees redeem their accumulated bonus points for the items they like best.
Next, create a magic link to invite your team to the platform.

Create a corporate challenge
I understand that encouraging employees to participate in team-building activities can be challenging. But what if you stimulate people with rewards?
So, here’s an idea: create a corporate challenge in which each employee earns points for completing tasks and then claims branded merchandise.
Create a set of small challenges for the employees. Each participant earns points for completing tasks. The top performers get the most points, and if the challenge is done in teams, the points are split evenly among team members.
You decide how many points each challenge is worth.
At the end, everyone can spend their points in your company’s swag shop. Participants pick the rewards they want and enter their shipping addresses to receive their merch.
Sample tasks for your corporate challenge
Here’s some examples of a fun and playful corporate activities:
- Start with company trivia. Ask your employees to answer fun questions about your company, like surprising facts, important milestones, or big achievements. Or, you can play a true-or-false game where you present three truths and one lie about the company, and participants have to spot the lie.
- Try a quick idea challenge. Present a fictional problem to your team. For example, your company’s main communication tool suddenly stops working for a whole month. How would you keep everyone connected and projects on track? Ask everyone to write down the first solution that pops into their head. Then, put all the ideas together and choose the most creative one as a group.
- Add some puzzle-style tasks that require creative thinking. For example, ask participants to solve a serious problem with the most ridiculous solution. Or give them an everyday object like a pen or spoon and ask them to turn it into a luxury product or an item with a revolutionary purpose.
- Include some physical action (if you’re offline). Get people moving with a light activity like searching for a hidden object, or split into teams and see who can solve a custom Rubik’s cube the fastest.
This kind of game unites the team and boosts employee loyalty. People are always eager to play, and cherish the swag that they proudly earn and select themselves at the swag shop.
