The best Customization Expert, Warsaw
We are seeking the best customization multi specialist to join our Fashion department. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining optimal ways of customising / branding Swag42 catalogue items (clothing, accessories, tech gadgets, promotional items, such as notebooks, pens) and issuing internal guidelines for the Design department.
Key Responsibilities
- Test different customization options on Swag42 catalogue items
- Work with the printing houses across Europe
- Choose the most effective types or combination of types of printing for each item, following existing brand styles, and solving technical challenges
- Promote new methods and technologies for Swag42 laboratory, broadening the possibilities what can be achieved in branding items
- Clarify technical specifications and issue guidelines for Swag42 design department
Qualifications
- Over 1-3 years of experience in the merchandise or corporate gifting industry
- Excellent knowledge of English (Polish and/or Russian will be an advantage)
- Knowledge of different types of printing
- Ability to think creatively
- Over 1-3 years of experience with any type of printing

IT Support Specialist (First Line)
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of support: handle user tickets, resolve issues independently, or escalate to relevant specialists.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with user devices; provide assistance and consultations.
- Install and uninstall software as needed.
- Maintain inventory of user equipment: manage purchases, issuance, inspections upon termination, as well as shipping and receiving equipment for remote offices.
- Collaborate with the IT department on project-based work.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in a first-line support or similar role.
- Positive references from previous employers.
- Proficiency in English and Russian (both written and verbal).
- Ability to visit the office in Warsaw once or twice a week.

SWAG42, a rapidly growing premium merchandise company, is looking for a talented professional to join us as Head of Supply Chain. We create unique, high-quality products, and your expertise in supply chain management will be key to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire supply chain process, from receiving and storing goods to packaging and delivering them to customers.
- Optimize warehouse operations, including labeling, inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Establish and maintain efficient processes with contract suppliers and manufacturers.
- Control costs, logistics, and product quality across all stages.
- Lead the team and develop strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has leadership experience in a similar business (e.g., online retail with physical warehouses, clothing retail chains, cosmetics, packaging, or professional apparel production).
- Skilled in setting up supply chains with reliable contract manufacturers.
- Fluent in English for conducting international negotiations.
- Understands the specifics of working in international businesses with logistics hubs and multi-brand suppliers (e.g., Żabka, Packhelp, Printful).
- Proficient in professional-level quality control.
