Choosing between Monday Merch and Merchery? Both offer corporate merchandise, online ordering and fulfilment. Here we compare customer reviews, customisation options, minimum orders and published service fees to help you decide which supplier to shortlist and what to include in your quote.

The verdict: which supplier should you shortlist?

Start with Monday Merch for merch-store workflows. Its published plans distinguish a private employee shop, a public storefront and gift redemption, so you can compare the scope and fees before a demo.

Start with Merchery for a design-led product shortlist. Explore its curated catalogue and own European-made range, then assess its internal gift shop and stock management against your needs.

Both offer products and logistics. These recommendations reflect published services, not hands-on testing or exclusive capabilities; compare samples and quotes before ordering.

Read the prices as service lines, not complete quotes. These are published starting or standard euro rates. Both suppliers list their base software as free, but products, logistics and dedicated shop services can carry separate charges. Confirm tax treatment and what each line includes.

Products, customisation and minimum orders

Monday Merch offers catalogue products and bespoke development. Its UK apparel listings include items with 15-unit minimums; the Bespoke Hoodie lists 100. These are examples for specific products, not a company-wide minimum.

Merchery positions its selection around design and longevity. Alongside brands such as Kinto, Patagonia and Moleskine, it has its own European-made capsule: a sport T-shirt, notebook and heavy cabas bag. Its T-shirt light lists a 15-unit minimum. Bespoke projects have a separate minimum budget, which should be confirmed for your brief.

Compare the garment before comparing the price. Give both suppliers the same fabric composition, weight, fit, size split and decoration requirements. Ask whether a physical sample will show your branding or only the undecorated product. A digital mockup cannot tell you how the fabric feels or how the garment fits.

Platforms and company shops

Monday Merch describes a platform for designs, quotes, orders, inventory and shipments. It also lists Workday, Personio, Zapier and Salesforce integrations. Confirm the connector, setup work and charges for your intended workflow.

Its recipient-facing options serve different purposes:

  • Redeem Links: listed as free with the platform, using pre-stocked inventory.
  • Team Store: a private shop from €299/month, with a published €10,000/year order threshold.
  • Brand Store: a public Shopify-based store from €499/month, with a published €20,000/year order threshold.

Customisation and additional services may add charges to these store options.

Merchery's internal shop lets employees or clients choose products using vouchers. Its ordering FAQ describes paying by card when an order exceeds the voucher value. Request the price of your shop configuration and ask which HR or CRM connections are available.

Make the demo match your process. Ask both suppliers to show one employee journey: invitation, size and address collection, budget allocation, approval, dispatch and stock reporting. Note which steps your team still has to do manually. For a one-off event order to one office, you may not need a recipient-facing shop at all.

Pricing, storage and fulfilment

The storage models need to be compared over the same period. Monday Merch's published terms provide up to two weeks of free storage for purchased and paid goods. A one-time fee then covers storage for up to one year; an extension requires a request. Merchery lists a monthly base charge plus a charge per stored product.

Request the same inventory and dispatch plan from each supplier. Include replenishment, assembling sets, packaging, returns and leftover stock. Confirm responsibility for loss or damage in storage. The smallest storage charge does not necessarily produce the smallest total bill.

Ordering for one event? Compare the products, branding, packing and delivery to the venue. Sending welcome gifts throughout the year? Add storage, any shop subscription and the charge for each individual dispatch.

Worked example: storing and dispatching 100 hoodies

Logistics only, not the price of the hoodies. Assume 100 hoodies are held for three full months, with no stock withdrawn, then picked into 100 one-item parcels. The calculation uses Monday Merch's published starting rates and Merchery's listed rates. It assumes those rates apply to this inventory and order.

Not an order quotation: we have not priced the garments, decoration, samples, packaging materials, shipping, duties, taxes, returns or any shop/account fees. Monday Merch's rates are advertised starting prices, not a confirmed offer for these hoodies. Confirm each supplier's service scope, minimum charges and billing rules before using this as a budget.

Monday Merch's one-time paid storage period is up to one year under its terms, following up to two free weeks. For Merchery, this illustration assigns all three monthly base charges to this batch and keeps the stock at 100 items throughout. A shared account or gradual dispatches would change that allocation.

The buying lesson: storage duration and dispatch pattern can change the comparison even when the products are identical. This example explains the charging models; it does not establish which supplier offers the cheaper complete order. Rates were checked against available public pages on 4 November 2026; methodology and source details are listed below.

Use one brief to get comparable quotes

For a gift-set quote, give both suppliers the same order: for example, 100 packs with three named products in each. Specify:

  • Products and branding: item specifications, quantities, clothing sizes, logo placements and decoration methods.
  • Packaging: box or bag, inserts and any assembly required.
  • Delivery plan: countries, number of addresses, storage period and dispatch schedule.
  • Arrival date: when recipients or the event venue must receive the goods.

Ask for products, samples, setup, packing, storage, shipping and taxes on separate lines. A lower unit price is not a saving if the quote leaves out packing or delivery.

Delivery dates and international shipping

Monday Merch's ordinary delivery estimates are indicative under its terms. Its separate Fast Track Delivery requires a date agreed in writing. Clause 4.10 provides a credit of 25% of the original invoice towards a future purchase for a qualifying delay caused by Monday Merch, excluding force majeure and customer-caused delivery issues. This is credit, not a cash refund.

Merchery also describes delivery dates as estimates. Its published terms set out DAP and DDP arrangements, with associated fees estimated and invoiced. For your destinations, confirm who handles import clearance and which duties and taxes are included. Monday Merch's terms likewise make transport, customs and duties subject to the written agreement.

Ask for an arrival date, not only a production time. Separate production, warehouse dispatch and carrier transit. Include the venue's receiving window for an event, and agree how incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients and damaged parcels will be handled.

Sustainability and product origin

Merchery is listed by B Lab as a Certified B Corporation. Monday Merch's sustainability page states ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 certifications and an EcoVadis Gold rating. These credentials cover different matters; they are not a like-for-like sustainability score.

For your shortlist, request the origin, material composition and relevant certificates of the specific product. A European-made collection does not establish the origin of the whole catalogue, and a warehouse address does not identify where a garment was sewn.

What Reddit adds to the comparison

The Trustpilot examples discussed earlier describe specific orders. Reddit adds buyer questions and individual recommendations, not a representative survey or a supplier ranking.

In an r/BuyFromEU discussion, a buyer seeking around 100-200 event-kit items from an EU supplier had shortlisted Monday Merch and asked for alternatives. This is a purchasing question, not a completed-order review.

In an r/ExecutiveAssistants discussion, one commenter explicitly recommends Merchery's products and customer service. The thread mainly concerns Merchology, a different company; its other reviews should not be attributed to Merchery.

Use the accounts to ask practical questions: who checks logo placement, can you approve a branded sample, and who will keep you updated on delivery? A small set of comments is more useful for preparing these questions than for declaring a winner.

Considering another supplier? What Swag42 offers

Swag42 is another option for teams that want original apparel alongside branded products and fulfilment. Our in-house fashion team develops clothing, with apparel production operations in Poland and Portugal. We also customise products from established brands.

Discuss the fabric, fit and finishing details of your apparel, then bring clothing, accessories and gifts together in one merchandise project. We manage design, production, warehousing and fulfilment, while the Swag42 Platform brings selection, approvals, ordering and tracking together.

Two Swag42 projects: Growe gift packaging and the Champions Lounge merchandise pop-up.

Growe: 630 coordinated gift boxes

Swag42 designed, produced and delivered 630 gift boxes for Growe, combining a denim jacket, T-shirt, socks, a postcard and an Apple AirTag sticker in magnetic packaging. Physical samples were sent for approval to check the brand colour across materials. Explore the Growe project.

Champions Lounge: 405 items for an event pop-up

As merchandise sponsor, Swag42 created and delivered 405 items across seven product types for the event hosted by BGaming and CryptoProcessing by CoinsPaid during iGB L!VE 2024. Guests received the racing-inspired apparel and accessories through an on-site pop-up store. See the collection and pop-up.

CoinsPaid: recipient choice and home delivery

In a separate project, Swag42 created 420 merchandise items for an event shop on the Swag42 Platform, combining custom apparel and accessories with HUGO BOSS and JBL products. Attendees could choose their merchandise and have it delivered to their homes. See the CoinsPaid merch shop.

Monday Merch vs Merchery FAQ

Which supplier is cheaper?

The published tariffs do not establish an overall price winner. Monday Merch lists one-time storage charges, while Merchery lists a monthly base fee plus a per-product fee. Compare the same products, branding, storage period and dispatch plan before deciding which quote costs less.

Does Monday Merch charge a monthly platform fee?

Its core Merch Platform is listed as free. The dedicated Team Store starts at €299/month and Brand Store at €499/month, with published annual order thresholds of €10,000 and €20,000 respectively. Products and logistics are separate.

Can both suppliers send stored merchandise to individuals?

Yes. Both describe storing stock and dispatching it to recipients. Monday Merch offers recipient-redemption options; Merchery describes an internal shop with vouchers. Confirm destination coverage, picking fees and shipping charges for your recipients.

Can I order without paying for a company store?

Yes. Both offer ordinary product-ordering routes. A dedicated shop is not required for a one-off order; start with a product and delivery quote, then add storage or recipient choice when your project needs it.

Methodology

Supplier research was completed on 2 November 2026. The pricing pages used in the opening comparison and Trustpilot snapshots were revisited on 3 November 2026. Pricing and storage terms for the worked logistics example were checked against available public pages on 4 November 2026; this was not a full refresh of every supplier fact. AI tools assisted research and drafting. We compared public European-facing product, platform, pricing and contractual information with selected customer reviews and Reddit discussions. We did not purchase samples, test either platform while logged in or obtain negotiated quotations.

Official company pages support their published offers; reviews and comments describe individual accounts. The Trustpilot scores and counts above come from the most recent indexed profiles available in this review. They are static snapshots, not a live feed or synchronised customer survey. We do not combine scores across platforms or declare a winner from the rating difference.

Prices, commitments and availability should be reconfirmed for the relevant order. Retrieved pages can be cached. Company credentials do not certify every product, and an unconfirmed feature is not treated as absent. Swag42's production geography is publisher-provided information. The Growe and BGaming examples and photography are drawn from case-study material supplied by Swag42. The separate CoinsPaid online-shop example comes from our published case study.
