Swag without borders: delivering corporate swag across the globe
In 2024, our Swag42 team covered 80% of the world, delivering branded items to clients across various destinations, from Poland to the United States. We worked across diverse business sectors, from information technology and services to gambling and casinos.
Nailing conference swag: how we elevated your event experience
In 2024, we attended 22 conferences and events. We also supported an average of over 30 clients for each conference in delivering custom merch, ensuring a smooth process from concept to delivery.
For instance, at a recent event, ICE Barcelona 2025, we successfully delivered 10,000 branded items, helping our clients make a lasting impression.
Here’s how it usually works: our clients simply place orders and approve custom brand designs while our team handles the rest. We produce high-quality merch, organize logistics (including customs clearance), and ensure ready-to-use items arrive directly at expo halls.
But that’s not all. In 2025, we’re expanding our offering to include the event concierge service, which includes:
- Last-mile swag delivery directly to your booth;
- On-demand swag delivery during the event;
- Unused swag collection after the event.

Swag42 Platform is a central hub where our clients track and manage their swag, having 24/7 control over their orders and payments.

Our team worked hard to make the platform super easy for our clients. Throughout 2024, we completed 200+ platform improvements. For example, we enhanced its core user flows, improved the checkout process, implemented multi-user access, and added the capability to create custom swag packs.
Custom merch shop introduction
For clients that use our platform, we also introduced internal merch shops to support their customer and employee loyalty programs. These shops offer self-service swag ordering. So, instead of sending branded gifts directly, you can provide your clients or employees access to the platform and allocate points for them to redeem. The shops are easily configurable and seamlessly integrate warehousing and fulfillment services.
It takes only 60 seconds to create such a shop. All you need to do is to:
- Select items from your stock;
- Assign points to these items (which can be redeemed for branded gifts from your catalog);
- Import employee/customer data (emails, sizes, delivery addresses);
- Send worldwide and re-order swag at the click of a mouse.
