Swag42 was happy to host the 3rd HRen meetup and provide a friendly networking environment for the HR community.

Recently, we opened the doors of our Warsaw showroom for HRen—a warm HR Education & Networking community.

In sum, the 3rd HRen meetup gathered 75 people, including HR professionals, speakers, organizers, and volunteers. Together, they explored the latest trends and innovations in HR: the application of AI for recruiting, pay transparency regulations and hiring in the LATAM market.

All in all, the meetup had three sessions, full of helpful takeaways by HR experts:
- Anastasia Grigorenko, Recruiting Manager & Mentor, shared her firsthand experience with AI in recruitment, explaining how neural networks simplify hiring processes.
- Olga Belaya, a SHRM-SCP certified HR expert, broke down salary metrics and how HR leaders can prepare for pay transparency regulations.
- Karine Bagdasaryan, Head of Recruitment, overviewed the hiring strategies in Latin America.
Swag42 gifts, prosecco, and vibe
In addition to prosecco and treats, Swag42 provided all attendees with bonus points and access to an online swag shop, where they could redeem branded gifts of choice and and send them home with a few clicks.
